Nordic Spa Hot tub and Pool
Spa Nordique et Piscine
A traditional Nordic Wooden Hot tub heated by an internal wood burning stove. Hydrotherapy is a ancient practice used in Egyptian and Roman cultures. Hot/Cold water therapy is known to increase circulation and improve lymphatic function.
Or you can simply enjoy a relaxing soak to unwind and de-stress & perhaps indulge in a late night spot of star gazing.

Seance Qi Gong
The literal translation of QiQong is " energywork" and consists of series of gentle postures and movement which are suitable for anyone embarking on fitness and well being after being inactive.
